Sebastian Frankenberg is an associate with Houthoff Amsterdam focusing on international transfer pricing and valuation services.
He specializes in transfer pricing documentation, business restructurings, supply chain structuring and advance pricing agreements. In addition, he performs valuation services, ranging from equity and (intangible) asset valuations to management buy-out/participation plans and Purchase Price Allocations. He assists clients with economic and financial analyses of intra-group transactions, as well as designing, implementing, documenting and defending transfer pricing policies. Mr Frankenberg has experience with a range of different transactions across numerous industries, with a specific focus on intra-group financing transactions (intra-group loans, guarantees, cash pooling) and corporate restructurings (including M&A transactions) for multinational enterprises around the world.
Mr Frankenberg has (co-)authored several articles on international transfer pricing and taxation aspects and is a regular speaker at transfer pricing courses and seminars.
